Three Levels of AVISS Service
AVISS Level - IWith Service Level I, the client is assisted in creating and assessing a 'site plan', which takes into consideration the size and scope of the project, size, terrain, and obstructions in outside facilities, and 'best fits' technology for a successful system. The client is trained to use the monitoring tools, and we provide ongoing support, system maintenance, and system upgrades.
AVISS Level - I IService Level II includes all features of Level I, and also includes system monitoring, data collection, and live notification of events. With Level II, all cameras at the client's site are monitored 24x7x365 from one of our Remote Monitoring Stations (RMS). RMS Officers / Operators are equipped to execute various response scenarios depending on the conditions of the alert. They will have contact information and will be able to telephone, email, or page anyone or the client deems appropriate, from Foreman, to in house security to local police department. Service Level II also offers off-site storage for 'event' related images. This allows for the accumulation of data, or evidence, over extended periods of time from multiple sources, which exceeds the internal capacities of the AVIS Server.
AVISS Level - I I I (Please Check for Availability in Your Area)Service Level III includes all of the above, plus the dispatch of an armed Officer to perform on-site surveillance upon the occurrence of certain event types.
